Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Greetings to you in the Name above all names, The Name of Jesus Christ.

It is my joy to share with you what is going on in The Lord's Work here in CCLK - Goma, DRC.

We are glad that God helped us to end up yasterday with the  first internship for our students of the Evangelism School in March 2, 2008.

We send them along with our teachers in differntes Churches here in Goma, Bunyakiri and Kokola. One teacher by team.

We organized 3 Portable Bible Schools here in Goma in 3 different Churches.

In our teachings we focuced mostly on Introcution to The Bible, Hermeneutic, Holy Life, Evangelism and Discipleship, Feeding God's flock, Statistic for Church Growth, Bible Doctrine, Homiletic, Relations between denominations, Training for Lay.

In Goma, 157 servantes of graduated from that program. Most of them have been encouraged to serve God more. Others would like to go at CCLK in September to get more teachings in our Evangelism School.

According to the Good News which was shared to the lost during that period of time, 19 new beleivers were baptized one day before the graduation.

I'm waiting to get report of PBS which we organized in Bunyakiri and in Kokola - Beni.

I will let you Update when I get precision.

Know that our students are back to School of Evangelism CCLK to continue with their program.

We will have another internship in June and July before their Graduation.

Remember to pray for us for these issues, please:

- More people of God to be involved in supporting the CCLK Ministry. Needs are so many.

- God's provision to build the Evangelism School in durable materials.  We would like to  start that building this month if possible. The local government has granted to us the official permission to build.

- We need a new for the CCLK Ministry. In February we sold our old car with the permission of the Executive Committee of CCLK. We sold it for $3000. Additional money is needed, so  that we can buy  another.

- Feeding orphans and widows of Patmos Baptist Church in Goma.

Thanks for your partnership with us.

We would like to hear from you. Send us e-mail when you can.

 May God bless you all.

 Jerome,

CCLK Director

Greetings to all,

I'm so glad to wish to all of you a Happy New year of prosperity and success.

I would like to let you informed that I'm continue to serve as director of CCLK by God's grace.

As most of you know already, we begun our Evangelism Training School for the year 2007 - 2008 in Sept. 3, 2007 and we will finish in July 2008.

We have 2 couples and 6 men. In total we have 10 candidates this year.

They are few but committed and potential. They arrived during a time when there was some unrest around Goma town. We progressed well until December 2007 with different courses and practices.

In our programs for the months of January and February, we have send our students for internship.

We generally work with local Churches.

We challenge churches about sending team which are composed by our students and one teacher by team. We organize a program called Portable Bible School ( PBS ) to train Church leaders and some lay Christian how they can become more effective in serving God how the can help to accomplish the Great Commission ( Mathew 28:18-20, 2 Timothy 2 :2 ).

God has opened 5 Churches where we are working now during this period. We have a total of 262 Church leaders who are committed to follow this training.

As you can conclude, we have been trained only 10 students at CCLK, now from that small group the persons they are trained are 262. That's wonderful to see how God is using our teachers and students.

The support needed to support one PBS for the two months is $500.

God has provided 50% of the total amount needed until now.

We are asking God's provision for the remaining days.

We  cooperate with the local churches. They contribute for lodges and food.

CCLK contribute for transportation for the team, Materials and for the administration documents.

This program will take an end in March 2, 2008, then our teams will return back to CCLK to pursue with others courses. We will have another internship for our students in June and July 2008 before the graduation.

What do we expected as results from such as program?

- It mobilize the local Churches to spread the Gospel and to make Discipleship.

- It encourage the Pastors to have more servants to work with him.

- It helps our Ministry to have a good occasion to recruit new candidates for our one

    year program.

- It is helping CCLK to develop more relationship and partnership with the Local Churches.

- The Evangelism is producing more new Churches.

Pray for more faithful servants who will be involved to serve for a lifetime.

We are limited in our Ministry support at the moment, ask God with us for more provision.

Thanks for your partnership with us.

 In His Service,

Jerome
