What?
A week of challenging
activities and missions education
Biblical Principles for Life Recreation
Leadership development Service
Where?
Faith Bible Church (Newnan, GA)
At the Master’s Mission,
in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. The site of a 1500 acre missionary
training and sending base that specializes in sending career missionaries to
remote areas. Area recreation electives include white water rafting, and
the Qualla Boundary - Cherokee Indian Reservation (additional costs involved
& paid to the provider).
When?
May – July, 2008,
space is limited, see below.
Why?
We want to encourage our
youth to keep themselves pure and help them develop the leadership skills
that can be used in full time ministry if God calls them. We want to expose
them to different missions ministries around the world and challenge them to
full time service in ministry or ministry support. We want to help the
church evaluate its youth who indicate a desire to serve the Lord in
missions or ministry. We want to equip youth workers to take the Great
Commission seriously in their work with young persons and challenge these
leaders anew to a missions commitment that will strengthen their church.
How
much?
$25/day/person covers
food, lodging, & insurance. Recreational electives vary and additional costs
are paid to the provider.

accommodate during the week, with priority given to supporting churches;
confirmations are made on March 1st. (Requests will be considered after the
deadline based on availability of space) When your group is confirmed we
will send you the consent forms and list of things you will need to bring
when you come, along with a map to help you get here.
