The Trainee
Program
For College Students and
High School Juniors and Seniors
The Trainee Program is
one to three months training available at any time during the training
calendar year and runs concurrent with our regular Missionary Candidate
Training Program. This flexibility allows the trainee to attend during
school and holiday breaks. . See the regular training program outline
below to see what is being taught at various times during the year.
One of the purposes of
the trainee program is to guide students who are discerning God's will
concerning cross-cultural missions. The trainees attend the Bible and
Technical classes and work along side the missionary candidates in the
practicums.
Bible and Missions class
is from 9:00 to 10:30. Technical classes begin at 11:00 and are also ninety
minutes in length. Practicums are conducted after lunch usually from 1:30
until 5:30.
The tuition and lodging
costs are $300 a month and are figured weekly based on the time of your
actual stay (for example: two weeks - $150; five weeks - $375). You are
responsible for your own personal expenses (food and transportation) and
will need to show proof of comprehensive health insurance coverage.
If you have any other
questions, or to find out more.

Are you serious about serving the Lord
but unsure of the “hows”?
Excited about sharing the Gospel of Jesus
Christ, yet concerned about the unknowns of the mission field?
The Master’s Mission
was founded to train a new generation of missionaries who are committed to:
-
the absolute
authority and sufficiency of the Word of God to guide
missionary philosophy and practice
-
a literal,
grammatical/historical method of interpretation as the basis for
proper discipleship
-
the technical training
necessary to open and maintain new work in remote and urban
settings
“And
the things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses,
these entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also.” II
Tim. 2:2
